Meet our staff, members of the local community who make everything that happens possible.

Brandon Arnold

Manager, Licensed Funeral Director/ Embalmer

Brandon has been with Latimer Funeral Home since 1999. He grew up in the Nashville area and was in the 2000 graduating class of Nashville High School. He received his degree in Mortuary Science from the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope.


Brandon and his wife, Trista, have four children: Mattison, Maddox, Maddon and Mack. Their family attends First Baptist Church in Nashville. He has been active in numerous athletic organizations in the area, traveling to tournaments with his children.



Brandon is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. In 2010, he was appointed to the position of Manager. He is a Licensed Pre-Arrangement Counselor and is available to assist families both pre-need and at-need.

John Raulerson

Licensed Funeral Director

John began his career with Latimer Funeral Home in December 2018. He is a native of the Nashville area and graduated from Nashville High School in 2016. He received his bachelor’s degree from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia in 2019.


In addition to the funeral home, John is a member of the Church of Christ. He serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Howard County Fair and Livestock Association.  He is also active in other various organizations in the community.


John serves in the capacity of Licensed Funeral Director and is also a Licensed Pre-Arrangement Counselor. He is available to assist families in their time of need.

Kathy Young

Administrative Assistant

Kathy came to Latimer Funeral Home in April 2022 from a background in retail banking. She grew up in Mineral Springs and has devoted her life to helping others.


She has one daughter, Alicia, and two grandchildren, Jackson and Max. Kathy has been active in various areas of the community.



Kathy helps in the office of the funeral home answering phones and taking care of various paperwork items.

Donnie Newberg

Licensed Funeral Director

Donnie joined the firm in 2003. Although his background was in industrial supply, he has proven to be a vital asset in the funeral profession.


Donnie and his wife, Dana, reside in Nashville. They have one daughter, Kelly, who lives in Little Rock. They attend the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.



Donnie assists in hosting visitations and carrying out funeral services. 

John David Watson

Apprentice Funeral Director

John David has been a vital part of our firm since May 2022. He grew up in Murfreesboro and now resides in the Pisgah community, near Delight. He graduated from Murfreesboro High School in 2009 and went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University. He received his Master’s of Theology degree from the Missionary Baptist Seminary. In early years, he worked as a carpenter with his grandfather. Later, he began serving in the ministry and is now the Pastor of Liberty Hill Baptist Church in Pisgah.


In 2016, John David married Allie Featherston and, together, they have three children, Jolee, Jones and Jack. He plays in the Joe Ledbetter Band and is active throughout the community. He also teaches at the Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock. He is eager to serve families during their time of need.

Clovy Keaster

Bookkeeper / Pre-need Salesperson Emeritus

Clovy began her tenure with Latimer Funeral Home in the early 1970’s. She has resided in this area most of her life. She attended Nashville High School and went on to Draughon's Business College.


She and her late husband, Clyde, have two daughters, Tammy and Alicia and five grandchildren, Justin, Katelyn, Kaycee, Hayden and Zach.

Clovy has served as both Bookkeeper and Pre-Arrangement Counselor. She has been well respected in this capacity and received multiple awards for both life insurance products and pre-arranged funeral plans.



In July of 2023, Clovy announced her retirement after fifty years of faithful service.
