Brenda Lee Harsh

Brenda Lee â�œGrandmaâ₝ Harsh, age 63, of Pike City, Arkansas, died Thursday, April 21, 2011, at her home. She was born April 21, 1948 in Pike City, AR; the daughter of E.C. â�œShortyâ₝ and Bessie York Cox. She was preceded in death by her father E.C. â�œShortyâ₝ Cox, and one brother Monty Cox. Mrs. Harsh attended the Delight Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband Dennis Lee Harsh of Pike City, AR; one son Jonathan and wife Tammy Watson of Delight, AR; one daughter Michelle and husband Jimmy McCloskey of DeRidder, LA; her mother Bessie Cox of Pike City, AR; Six brothers, Conrad Cox and wife, Eva of Nathan, AR and Ronnie Cox and wife, Susan of Delight, AR; Ricky Cox and wife, Wanda of Nashville, AR, Charles Cox and wife, Lorenda of Pike City, AR, Tony Cox and wife Missy of Murfreesboro, AR, and Jimmy Cox and wife, Stephanie of Delight, AR; one sister, Kim Dixon of Pike City, AR. Seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many other relatives and friends mourn her passing. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, April 25, at the Delight Church of Christ, with Randy Hughes and Wallace Alexander officiating.
