Reuben Willie Ellis, 63, of Highland was born December 19, 1948 in Greenville, Mississippi. He passed away on July 14, 2012 in Nashville, AR. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben A. Ellis and Floy Jean Stafford Ellis; two brothers, Lonnie Preston Ellis and Artis Eugene Ellis. He is survived by his wife, Linda Kay McCauley Ellis of Highland; two sons, Robert Wayne Ellis of Highland and William Brandon Ellis and wife, Brenda Kay Pipkins Ellis of Murfreesboro; three grandchildren, Kimberly Dawn Ellis and Fiancée, Justin Kilcrease of Nashville, Amber Nicole Ellis, of Highland, and William Tyler Ellis of Murfreesboro; four sisters, Martha Lamb and husband, James of Murfreesboro, Mary Newberg and husband, Bill of Ashdown, Margaret Parker and husband, Roger of Mt. Carmel, and Christine Avery and husband, Jimmy of Antoine; three brothers, David Ellis and wife, Wanda of Murfreesboro, Claude Ellis and wife, Millie of Clarksville, TX, Raymond Ellis and wife Ruth of Umpire, AR Services will be on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. in Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro with Steven Franklin officiating. Burial to follow in Murfreesboro Cemetery in Murfreesboro under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.
