William G Harwell

William G. Harwell Sr. 83 of Nashville, Arkansas passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013 at a Texarkana hospital. He was born on February 17, 1929 in Nashville, Arkansas the son of the late Joseph Morris and Leila Maude Frey Harwell. Mr. Harwell was a member of the Biggs Chapel Methodist Church in Nathan, Arkansas, a Navy veteran and a member of the Good Ole Boys. He was preceded in death by one brother Morris Harwell, and a granddaughter Heather Littleton. Survivors include his wife Daphne Harwell of Nashville, AR; two sons William G. Harwell Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; and Lance Harwell of Memphis, TN; two daughters Brenda Baum of Alexandria, LA; and Teresa Littleton of Nashville, AR; one brother Bobby Harwell of Conway, AR; three sisters Ann Parker of Nashville, AR; Myra Young of Nashville, AR; and Autholine Cross of Beaumont, TX; ten grandchildren, and four great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 13, at Biggs Chapel Methodist Church in Nathan, with Rev. Al Terrell officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville. Burial will follow in Academy Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 12 at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
