Vera Barton

Vera Barton, 83 of Antoine, Arkansas passed away on Monday, October 21, 2013 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born on June 26, 1930 the daughter of the late Dale Thomas and Etta Bolt. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years Russell Barton, and two brothers Kent and Earl Thomas. Mrs. Barton is survived by two sons, Rickey Barton and wife, Dianne of Delight, AR, and Donnie Barton and wife, Joan of Conway, AR; one daughter, Wanda Schwieger and husband, Ronald of Antoine, AR; three grandchildren, Gena Barton of Hot Springs, Toby Barton and wife, Kristi of Conway, and Janet Schwieger of Batesville, AR; two great grandsons, Jake Barton and Tyler Barton both of Conway, AR; a sister Lois Beene of El Dorado, AR; a brother Louis Thomas of El Dorado, AR; and one aunt Edna Riley of Gold Beach, OR; and a host of relatives and friends mourn her passing. Services will be on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro with Brent Alexander officiating.
