Travis D. Tipton

Travis D. Tipton, 73 of Murfreesboro, Arkansas passed away on August 1, 2013. He was born on January 10, 1940 in Murfreesboro, AR; the son of the late Luie and Dora (Price) Tipton. Mr. Tipton was a member of the Harvest Time Assembly Church in Murfreesboro, and was retired from Weyerhauser. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jeanette Ruth Mabry. Survivors include two sons, David Tipton of Town Creek AL; Jeffrey Tipton and wife Janie of Strafford, MO; one daughter, Gina Laxton of Tulsa, OK and husband Douglas Jones of Lincoln, NB; one sister, Esther Sanders of Murfreesboro, AR; one aunt, Irene Price of Murfreesboro, AR; and one grandson Zachary Laxton of Norfolk, VA. A host of other relatives and friends mourn his passing. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Harvest Time Assembly Church in Murfreesboro, AR.
