Thomas Ellis

Thomas Lindel Ellis, 89, of Hot Springs, AR, died Tuesday, August 3, 2010, at a Hot Springs hospital. He was born October 22, 1920, at Billstown, AR, the son of the late Edgar and Ada Johnson Ellis. He was a member of the Hot Springs Baptist Church. He was an avid camper and fisherman. Mr. Ellis is survived by his wife, Marie Ellis of Hot Springs, AR; God-daughter, Linda Whelan of Kansas City, MO; nephews, Tommy Stueart of Mena, AR, Billy Bob Blackwood of De Queen, AR, Larry Stueart of Ashdown, AR, Rufus Robins of Texarkana, AR; one niece, Nedra Martin of Wickes, AR; twelve great-nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, August 6, at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel, Murfreesboro, with Al Terrell officiating, burial in Murfreesboro Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro.
