Sam O. McCauley

Sam O. McCauley, age 93, of Nashville, died on Friday, June 1, 2012 in Nashville, AR. He was born on July 10, 1918 in Hillsboro, TX, the son of the late George Mitchell and Annie (Murphy) McCauley. He was a mechanic and member of the Central Baptist Church in Mineral Springs, AR. In addition to his parents, Mr. McCauley was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie McCauley; one daughter, Sammie Minear and two brothers, Bill McCauley and George McCauley. Survivors include, one son, Travis McCauley of Mineral Springs; one brother, Walter McCauley of Nashville, AR; one granddaughter, Alicia McCauley of Mineral Springs, AR; two grandsons, Chris Reid and Blake Reid, both of Austin, TX; three great-grandchildren, Jackson McCauley, Garrett Reid, and Olivia Reid; and a host of relatives and friends. Graveside Services will be at 1:00 P.M., Monday, June 4, 2012 at Mineral Springs Cemetery in Mineral Springs with Brother Ben Jones officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.
