He was born in Nashville, Arkansas to June Henderson McAnelly and John "Bud" McAnelly He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Geneva and Marvin McAnelly; Mable and Roy Henderson. Survivors include his wife, Sherry McAnelly; one son, Justin McAnelly of Murfressboro, AR; one step-son, Dillon Semmler; two step-daughters, Nicole Brock, Amy Turner; two grandchildren, John Russell McAnelly, Kaydence Nicole McAnelly; five step- grandchildren, Jake, Bo, Izzy, Henry, Tripp and number of family and friends Visitation will be 9:00 AM till Service time at 10:00 AM; Monday, August 26, 2019 at Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro. Funeral Service will be 10AM Monday, August 26, 2019 at Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro with Bro. Tommy Mounts officiating. Burial will follow at Murfreesboro cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
