Rose Dale, age 73, of Nashville, Arkansas died on Thursday, January 14, 2022 in Nashville, Arkansas. She was born March 30, 1948 in Chico, California but was proudly raised in Winthrop, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents Johnny Royce Stidham and Hazel Ruth Ryan Stidham.
Mrs. Dale was a member of First Baptist Church in Nashville, the EH Club, and was a very active Cub Scout leader. She graduated from Winthrop High School in 1966, after high school she graduated from Southern Arkansas University and then studied at Henderson State University and received her Master’s degree. Mrs. Dale taught at Waldo, Umpire, Glenwood, and primarily Nashville Public Schools.
Survivors include her husband of fifty-two and a half years Jimmy Dale of Nashville, AR; two sons Mark Dale and wife Shawn of Nashville, AR, Eric Dale and wife Michelle of Allston, Mass., one sister Nancy Stidham Cowling of De Queen, AR; four grandchildren Camille Dale, Slade Furr, Abby Furr, and Sophie Dale; one great grandson Tyson Redden, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
