Peggy Elaine Merrell - Bennett, age 58, of Nashville, AR, died Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at Nashville, Arkansas. She was born February 22, 1951 in Foreman, AR the daughter of the late Ernest and Doris Neill Rose. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Nashville. She was preceded in death by one brother Jerry Travis Rose and one sister Joan Thornton. Survivors include her husband Roger Bennett of Nashville; one son Justin Bennett of Nashville; two daughters Peggy and husband Scotty Lansdell of Nashville, Monica and husband John Stewart of Fayetteville, AR; one step-daughter, Ashley Nicole Bennett of Moody, MO; three brothers Gary Rose of Texarkana, AR, Roger Rose, of Ashdown, John Rose of Murfreesboro; three sisters Brenda Reed of Baileyton, AL, Lynette Hofland of Bremerton, WA, Janet McGill of Hooks, TX; two granddaughters Victoria and Trista Lansdell both of Nashville; a special family friend John Prejean of Nashville; as well as many friends and relatives. Services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 30, 2009 at First Baptist Church in Nashville with burial at Restland Memorial Park in Nashville.
