Pearl Waters, 95, of Murfreesboro, died Monday, March 9, 2009, at a Murfreesboro hospital. She was born March 17, 1913, at Tokio, AR, the daughter of the late, John Bye and Francis Tingle Steuart. She was a retired clerk for Peopleâ�™s Pharmacy in Murfreesboro. She was a lifetime member of First Christian Churches of Tokio and Murfreesboro. Mrs. Waters was preceded in death by her husband, Edward H. Waters; six sisters, Bessie, Cue, Nell, Madie, Janie and Snow; and six brothers, Dewey, Fred, Rommie, Emmett,Grady and Earl. She is survived by two daughters, Glenna Butler of North Little Rock, AR and Sherry Woodard of Murfreesboro, AR; grandchildren, Sandy Austen and husband, Mark, of North Little Rock, AR and Jay Butler and wife, Lisa, of Springdale, AR; great-grandchildren, Skyler and Sydney Austen and Emily Butler; numerous loved nephews and nieces and a host of friends. Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, March 12, at First Christian Church, with Bro. Mike Rathbone officiating, burial in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday, March 11, from 6:00 â�" 8:00 P.M.
