Ottie Bell Jackson, 66, of Hope, died Wednesday, September 22, 2010, in a Texarkana hospital. She was born December 7, 1943, at Wickes, AR, the daughter of the late William Ellis and Effie Lee Oglesby. She is survived by her husband, Theral Jackson of Hope, AR; one son, Ricky Wayne Jackson of Eugene, OR; one daughter, Karen Davis of Cottage Grove, OR; one brother, William Henry Higgens of Wickes, AR; one sister, Virgie Lee Lowery of Wickes, AR; two grandchildren; and a host of friends. Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 28, at Community of Christ Church in Dierks, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.
