Mary Frances Hooker

Mary Frances Hooker, 88, of Texarkana, AR, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2016. She was born on November 9, 1927 in Tokio, AR, the daughter of the late Johnny Cooley and Ethel Maude (Chism) Cooley. Mrs. Hooker was a housewife and member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Texarkana, AR. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James David Hooker; one great grandchild; 2 sisters; and 2 brothers. Survivors include, two sons, Ken Hooker and wife, Debbie of Texarkana, AR and Jim Hooker and wife, Patricia of Spring Valley, CA; 13 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends mourn her passing. Services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 16, 2016 in the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel, Nashville with Brother David Holder officiating. Burial to follow in Antioch Cemetery in Nashville under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the chapel.
