Mary Golden

Mary Golden, age 71, of Nashville, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born on November 6, 1946 in Umpire, Arkansas the daughter of the late Calvin and Millie Inez Parsons Smith. Mrs. Golden was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her brother Ralph Smith and her parents Calvin and Millie Inez Smith. Survivors include her husband Royce Golden of Nashville, AR; one daughter Christy Mars and husband David of Germantown, TN; two sons Michael Golden and wife Marianne of Carrollton, TX; David Golden and wife Julie of Washington, D.C.; one brother Mack Smith and wife Janet of Umpire, AR; five grandchildren Sam Mars, Olivia Mars, Zach Mars, Charlotte Golden, and Morgan Golden. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday, November 2, at Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 3, at the Murfreesboro Church of Christ, with Royce Golden, Tommy Mounts, and Tommy Gaither officiating. Burial will follow in Saline Cemetery in Umpire, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Darrell Golden, James Chandler, Coy Mason, Vince Massenelli, Mike Gardner, and Billy Maroon. Honorary Pallbearers will be Duane Falls, Kenny Maxwell, Russell Everhart, and Greg Murphy.
