Martha Melson, age 83, of Nashville, Arkansas died on Sunday, March 20, 2022 in Nashville, Arkansas.  She was born March 15, 1939 in Nashville, Arkansas the daughter of the late Charlie Fred Lamb and Iva Bissell Lamb.

Mrs. Melson was a member of the Church of God International and was an avid yard sale shopper.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Victor Melson, one daughter Susan Annette Melson Jacoby, one grandson Richard Bryce Shelton, three sisters, Mertle Lorene Brown, Opal Lavaughn Fritts, and Mary Louise Bennett; as well as one brother Charles Henry Lamb.

Survivors include one son Stan Melson and wife Deb of Nashville; two sisters Dora Jean Lamb of Nashville, Janice Diane Davis of Nashville; five grandchildren Joseph Mobbs, Colton Lane Melson, Brentley Dewayne Shelton, Charles Bradley Shelton, and Johnathan Blake Jacoby; as well as five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 23, at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 24, at Restland Memorial Park, with Wynn Skelton officiating,  under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville.
