Marie Lingo

Marie Lingo, age 70, of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, died Friday, May 22, 2009 at Pike County Memorial Hospital. She was born December 2, 1938 in Antione, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Johnny and Clara Mae Copeland Crews. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Murfreesboro. She was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Lingo; father Johnny Crews; mother Clara Mae Taylor; brother Bobby Crews and sister Johnnie Mae Miller. Survivors include three sons James Lingo, Johnny Byers, and Ricky and wife Becky Byers all of Murfreesboro; five brothers James Crews of Gurdon, Clarence Crews of Guthrie, OK, Jackie Crews of Gurdon, Tommy Crews of Gurdon, Glen Taylor of Little Rock; sister Virginia Rice of Little Rock; two grandchildren Bradley Byers and Bethany Marie Lingo both of Murfreesboro; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Graveside Services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at College Hill Cemetery near Murfreesboro, with Rev. Freeman Henderson officiating.
