Marie Opal Ellis

Marie Opal Ellis, 90, of Hot Springs, AR died Monday, February 14, 2011 in Texarkana. She was born September 27, 1920 at Sweet Home, AR, the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Lou Ola Stuart Stueart. She was a member of the Hot Springs Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and avid camper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lindel Ellis. Mrs. Ellis is survived by one God-daughter, Linda Whelan of Kansas City, MO; four nephews, Tommy Stueart of Mena, AR, Billy Bob Blackwood of De Queen, AR, Larry Stueart of Ashdown, AR, Rufus Robins of Texarkana, AR; one niece, Nedra Martin of Wickes, AR; one brother-in-law, Fred McClain of Texarkana, AR and one sister-in-law, Annie Lou Stueart of Mena, AR; twelve great-nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M.,Thursday , February 17, at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel, Murfreesboro, with Rev.
