Elisabeth Hanna Coleman, age 95, of Nashville, died on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Mine Creek Nursing Home in Nashville. She was born on September 24, 1915 in Ozan, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Ford and Lizzie (Goodlett) Hanna. She was a member of the Retired Senior Volunteer Persons, a charter member of the Howard Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, and member of the Wakefield United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by one infant daughter; her husband of 50 years, Chester Coleman; and three sisters, Eliza Hanna, Grace Stuart, and Alma Hanna. Survivors include: one double first cousin, Viola Cowling and her son, Harvey Cowling; a first cousin Jack Hanna of New Mexico; and numerous other cousins and friends. Services will be held on September 14, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville, with Rev. Gary Harrison and Rev. Spencer Plumley officiating. Burial will follow in Restland Memorial Park under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville, AR. Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the chapel.
