Luxton Attikus Perez, also known as “KK”, passed away on January 27th, 2025 in De Queen, AR. Luxton was born to parents, Ignacio Perez and Kailee Short, on November 18th, 2019. He was known to all of his friends and family as a sweet, funny, caring, and loving little boy. He was a huge fan of the water and going to places like the pool or the lake. He was also a huge fan of the outdoors and doing things like playing outside. 

Luxton was passionate about school. He attended De Queen Primary School and was loved by all of his peers and teachers, especially Mrs. Nieto. Luxton also enjoyed being a bigger brother to Cohven and Isla. He was quick to care for them even if it meant giving up something he wanted because it was what they wanted. 

Luxton is survived by his loving parents, father Ignacio Perez and wife Madison and mother Kailee Short; his brother, Cohven Perez; his sister, Isla Short; his paternal grandparents, Cornelio and Meghann Perez; his maternal grandfather, Lee Lemons; dearest friend “Grandma” Julie Craig; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Kimberley Gogo and paternal grandfather, Ignacio Perez Sr. 

Pallbearers include Cohven Perez (honorable), Alex Perez, Eric Perez, Olivo Dominguez, and Joshua Dominguez.
