Leslie Rae Turley-Teglia, the most awesome, sexy, and beautiful wife, mother and daughter to have ever graced the face of the earth passed from this earthly life on Monday, January 31, 2011. Leslie, the third child and only daughter of Herbert Turley and Janice Womack, was born on January 12, 1978, in Nashville, Arkansas. Howard County was honored that year to welcome her as the countyâ�™s first-born baby. She graduated with honors from Murfreesboro High School in 1996 and received her BSE and MSE from the University of Central Arkansas. While residing in Fayetteville, NC to complete her School Psychology internship, Leslie was abundantly lucky to meet the handsome, young paratrooper and field artillery officer, Vincent M. Teglia of Vernon Hills, IL. Leslie remained in Fayetteville, NC working as a school psychologist for the Cumberland County School District. Leslie and Vincent both relocated to St. Louis where Leslie worked as a school psychologist for the St. Louis County Special School District. Leslie and Vincent exchanged the vows of Holy Matrimony in Murfreesboro, AR on July 9, 2005. The happy couple remained in St. Louis, MO before setting into their family home in Maumelle, AR, in January of 2009. She worked as a school psychologist for Pulaski County Special School District. Leslie takes her seat at His banquet table alongside her paternal grandmother Lena Mae Turley, maternal grandfather James Woodruff, and her ever faithful canine companion of 11 years, Louie. Leslie is survived by her husband, Vincent Teglia and most beloved daughter, Sofia Alene Teglia, her parents Janice Womack and Herbert Turley, Jr. and her step-parents Watson Womack and Donna Turley, three brothers Jay Turley, Mark Turley, and Jeremy Womack, her grandmother Alene Woodruff, her grandfather Herbert Turley, Sr., one niece Olivia Turley, two nephews Alex Turley and Dylan Turley, and many beloved family members and friends. Funeral services will take place 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Sunset Church of Christ in Nashville, AR and will be laid to rest at Restland Memorial Park in Nashville, AR.
