Larry Ransom Williams

Larry Ransom Williams, 71, of Nashville, Arkansas, died December 28, 2011 at St. Vincent�s Hospital in Little Rock. He was born on February 18, 1940 in Nashville, Arkansas to Ransom and Lora Williams. He attended Nashville High School and graduated from Southern State University with an Ag Business degree. He was a retired cattle farmer and part-time Landscaper. He enjoyed helping others and working outdoors. He was a faithful member of St. Martin�s Catholic Church in Nashville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ransom and Lora Henderson Williams, a sister, Ella Ruth Williams Quillin, and his wife of 46 years, Karen Ann Williams. He is survived by a son, Greg Williams, and wife, Donna of Decateur, TX; a daughter Gwen Sparks, and husband, John; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a niece; a nephew; 7 great nieces and nephews; and many longtime friends. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 31, at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville. Burial will follow at 1:00 P.M. in Barlow Cemetery, in Magnolia, Arkansas under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home of Nashville.
