Lance Robert Ward, 38, a longtime resident ofNashville AR, and former resident of Junction City, KS,went to be with the Lord on the morning of Monday,November 17th, 2014. He was born on December 10th, 1975in Manhattan, KS to Bob and Judy Ward. Lance was an accomplished Eagle Scout from ayoung age, and an avid outdoorsman. He was a creativeproblem solver which led him to excel in many areas toinclude: home building and remodeling, car repair,swimming instructor for children with special needs, animal trainer, and was mostpassionate about helping others. He spent many summers with his family water skiing, fishing, boating, and camping on Eagle Lake in Ontario, Canada.Lance is survived by his parents, Bob and Judy Ward of Nashville, AR; sister, Nicole Griffin of Montgomery, AL; sister, Miranda Lewis of Junction City, KS; daughter, Neveah Jimenez of Oklahoma City, OK; nephew, Keith Griffin; nieces, Savannah Griffin and Sarah Lewis; a host of other family and friends; and his cherished, loyal companions - a horse, Chloe and dog, Binga. A memorial gathering will be held at Cross Point Cowboy Church in Nashville, AR on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
