John David May

John David May, 47, of Nashville, passed away September 15, 2014. He was born in Naha, Okinawa, the son the the late Harold May and Evelyn (Salster) May. Survivors include his mother, Evelyn May of Nashville; one son, Harold (Sporty) Jewell May of Hawaii; one daughter, Kyra May of Murfreesboro; one sister, Jan Barfield of Nashville; special friend, Cindy Lou of Nashville; three uncles, Don May, Robert May, and Billy May; one aunt, Mary May; and nieces and nephews. A host of other relatives and friends mourn his passing. Graveside services will be on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Ozan Cemetery in Bingen, with Brother Bruce Short officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville. Visitation will be on Saturday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
