John B Grimes

John Grimes, age 85, of Nashville, AR, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 in Texarkana, AR. He was born on May 2, 1928 in Mineral Springs, AR, the son of Scott Grimes and Ellie (Shaw) Grimes. Mr. Grimes was a Korean War Veteran and of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Clurman Grimes and special friend, Paula. Survivors include, three daughters, Laura, Barbara, and Christy; one sister, Nell Crisp of Nashville; special friend, Chuck of Phoenix, AZ; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be Sunday, November 3, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Wynn Cemetery in Dierks, with Bro. Glen Green officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.
