John T. Folsom

John T. Folsom, 92, of Nashville, died Monday, January 31, 2011. He was born September 21, 1918, at McCaskill, AR, the son of the late Andrew Jessie and Martha Ann Self Folsom. He was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by five brothers, four sisters, and his former wife, Opal. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine â�œJerryâ₝ Folsom of Nashville, AR; three sons, Alan Folsom and wife, Cheryl, of Dixon, CA, Ken Folsom and wife, Diana, of Grover Springs, MO and Paul Folsom and wife, Julie, of Cary, N.C. ; one daughter, Sue Keenan and husband, Terry of Napa, CA; two step-sons, Tom Rigler of San Antonio, TX and Rick Rigler and wife, Terri, of Pasadena, TX; four sisters, Lessie McGuire of Houston, TX, Delena Huffman of Anderson, IN, Nell Wiggins of Livingston, TX and Betty McKenzie of Hope, AR; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 4, at Open Door Baptist Church, with Bro. Wayne Murphy officiating, burial in Ozan Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.
