Joe B Bowen

Joe B. Bowen of Murfreesboro, AR died Wednesday, December 22, 2010 in Hot Springs, AR. Mr. Bowen was born May 7, 1925, the son of the late Fred and Irene Bowen. Mr. Bowen was an Army veteran, farmer, rancher, coon hunter and was very active in his community. In addition to his parents, He was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Bowen and two sisters, Fred Irene Sexton and Connie Bateman. Mr. Bowen is survived by three brothers; Landrum Bowen of Bellingham, WA, Arnold Bowen and Dick Bowen, both of Murfreesboro, AR; one sister, Carolyn Ramsey of Nashville, AR and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 27, 2010 at Bowen Cemetery in Delight, AR. Burial will follow under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home of Murfreesboro.
