Jimmy Cogburn, 68, of Nashville, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015 in Nashville. He was born on Jan 1, 1947 in Valiant, OK, the son of the late Alexus Lota Cogburn and Cora Mae (Meredith) Cogburn. Jimmy loved to hunt, fish, and camp. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Cogburn of Nashville; one son, Bobby Cogburn and wife, Sharla of Murfreesboro; two daughters, JoAnn Martin and husband, Bobby of Newhope, and Becky Stivers and husband, Richard of Murfreesboro; four stepsons, Tim Provence, Matt Provence, Brad Provence, and Chris Provence all of Oklahoma; 26 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
