Jimmy Clements

Jimmy D. Clements, 69 of Nashville, Arkansas, died Thursday, April 23, 2009, at a Texarkana hospital. He was born June 17, 1939, the son of the late Sam E. and Mary Gladys Sutton Clements. Mr. Clements was a member of the Unity Baptist Church, a farmer, and a Poultry Manager at South Ark Equipment for thirty-four years. He is preceded in death by his parents Sam and Mary Clements, six brothers and two sisters. Survivors include: his wife of forty-eight years Dianne Clements of Nashville, AR; one son Tracy Clements and wife Vicki of Texarkana, TX; two daughters Angie Barfield and husband Jeff of Nashville, AR; Melanie Coplen and husband Bobby of Nashville, AR; one brother Gary Clements of Mineral Springs, AR; two sisters Annette Westfall of Mineral Springs, AR; and Henrietta Marks of Long Beach, CA; four grandchildren, Kylie and Trace Clements and Ali and Hannah Barfield. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 25, at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville, with Bro. David Cassady officiating. Burial will follow in Unity Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday, April 24 at the funeral home.
