JD Hockaday

J.D. Hockaday, 74, of Nashville, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012. He was born December 17, 1937, the son of the late Russell and Lucille Hockaday. He was a member of the Nashville Country Club and was an avid Golfer. He was a Christian and loved the Lord . J.D. was a loving husband and loved all his children and grandchildren and was a pretty good big brother, J.D. loved people. Mr. Hockaday was preceded in death by his parents, and first wife, Laverne Hockaday. He is survived by his wife, Mary Hockaday of Nashville, AR; daughters, Teresa Teague and husband, Randy and Cherise Perkins and husband, Greg; sons, Stan Hockaday, James Arnorfer, and Jeff Carver and wife, Tina; grandchildren Taylor and Justin Teague, Stuart Hockaday, Justin Nickerson, Ashton and Darien Arndorfer, Hannah and Josh Wahls; one brother, Dale Hockaday and wife, Cyndie; and a host of friends. Graveside Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 2, at County Line Cemetery, with Bro. David Blasé officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.
