James Edward Manasco

James Edward Manasco 76 of Dierks, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in Texarkana, Texas. He was born February 9, 1941 in Umpire, Arkansas the son of the late Pilot Edward and Ethel Augusta Townsend Manasco. He was a United State Marine Corps Veteran, he was awarded the Presidential Air Medal in the Vietnam Conflict for meritorious service. He was a well respected auto mechanic in the area and will be missed by many. Mr. Manasco was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Jane Alden Manasco Manning. Survivors include his wife of forty seven years Joyce Marie Allen Manasco, one son Gregory Dean Manasco and wife Janette; one daughter Anna Kate Manasco Willis and husband Donnie. Two granddaughters Rachael Manasco and Kimberly Manasco; one grandson James Willis, one nephew Charles Manning and wife Tina. Graveside services will be 4:00 P.M., Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Fellowship Cemetery.
