Hazel Ester Gorham

Hazel Ester Gorham, 93, of McCaskill, died Tuesday, February 10, 2009, in Nashville, AR. She was born Nov. 11, 1915 in McCaskill, AR the daughter of Elijah and Della Lewis-Ball Moses. She was a former Nurses Aid, laundry mat owner and an avid gardener. She was a lifelong member of Friendship United Methodist Church in McCaskill, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Clifford Gorham and one daughter, Rebecca Gail Gorham. Mrs. Gorham is survived by two daughters, Phyllis Brooks of Dallas, TX and Judy Murray and husband, Bill, of Marbelhead, MA; one son, Gary Gorham and wife, Jeanie, of Mineral Springs, AR; five grandchildren, James Brooks, Jennifer Brooks Phelps, Leslie Brooks, Jill Gorham and Ginger Gorham. Five great-grandsons and a host of other relatives and friends. Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 13, at Friendship United Methodist Church, with Rev. Tandy Hanson officiating, burial in Friendship Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Thursday, February 12, from 6:00 â�" 8:00 P.M.
