Glendora Lee

Glendora (McKinnon) Lee, 87, of Delight, Arkansas, died on Friday March 7, 2014 in Glenwood, Arkansas. She was born on February 1, 1927 in Kirby, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Ted McKinnon and Lora (White) McKinnon. She attended the First Assembly of God Church in Delight, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and made many beautiful quilts while raising her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Virginia House and Wanda Puryear, and one granddaughter Mallory Lee. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Orville Lee of Delight, AR; one son, Cortez Lee and wife Brenda of Delight, AR; one daughter, Peggy Lewallen and husband Danny of Hope, AR; three sisters, Ruby Sillavan, Fern Snelson, and Irene Legate; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday March 10, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Latimer Funeral Home chapel in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday March 11, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at the Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Murfreesboro, Arkansas with Larry Miller officiating.
