Geneva Reese

Geneva Reese, age 87, of Nashville, Arkansas died on September 15, 2010 at Nashville Nursing Center in Nashville, AR. She was born on April 24, 1923 in Nathan, AR, the daughter of the late Arthur and Ella (Cornish) Cothren. She was a member of the E.H. Extension Club; member of Order of Eastern Star for over 50 years; and member of the Biggs Chapel Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Dillard L. Reese on November 13, 1999; and one brother, Archie Cothren. Survivors Include: one son, Larry Reese and wife, Cathy of Lake Station, IN; and one daughter, Carol Chabe and husband, Joe of Portage, IN; one brother John Cothren and wife, Emogene of Nathan, AR; seven grandchildren, Janice Whittington, Diane Conaway, Michael Chabe, Douglas Reese, Leslie Graeber, Karen Reese, and Christopher Reese; 3 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends mourn her passing. Services will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, September 19, 2010 at the Biggs Chapel Methodist Church in Nathan, AR with Brother Al Terrell officiating.
