Gary Elton Russ

Gary Elton Russ, 63, of Mineral Springs, AR, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012. He was born March 29, 1949, in Bowie County, TX the son of the late Elton and Inez Bunger Russ. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and was retired from the Red River Army Depot. Mr. Russ is survived by his wife, Louise Russ of Mineral Springs, AR, one daughter, Brandy West and husband, Shane of Redwater, TX; four step sons, Charles Frye of Austin, TX, Domingo Vega of Georgia, Mike Kykendall and Mark Kykendall and wife, Lori, two brothers, Steven Petty and wife, Pat of Redlick,TXand Dale Russ and wife, Laura of Redwater, TX; five grandchildren, Candi, Courtney, Krista, Loryn, Kaden; one great-granddaughter, Addison, and many more who called him Papaw or Buddy. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday, Nov. 21, at 1:00 P.M. Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, Nov. 21, at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel, with Steve Petty officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.
