Florence Lorene Welch, age 89 of Mineral Springs, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 in Longview, Texas. She was born on March 20, 1929 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma the daughter of Georgia Hazel Walker and the late George Orland Davidson. Mrs. Florence was preceded in death by her Mother and Father Georgia Hazel Walker, George Orland Davidson and by her sister Marie Townshend. Survivors include her husband, William Welch of Marshall, TX; Three daughters, Carol Cranny, Dona Humphrey, and Jackie Reese; two step-daughters, Glenda Bennett and Roxanne Hardin Lee; three step-sons, Bill David Welch, Mike Welch and Joe Lee Hardin 3rd.; one sister, Melva Geare; as well as several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside services will be 12:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 12, at Sardis Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
