Fern York

Fern Inez York, age 74, of Nashville, AR, died Sunday, April 26, 2009 at Heather Manor Nursing Home in Hope. She was born February 04, 1935 in Winthrop , Arkansas, the daughter of the late Victor and Hazel Bush Rettmann. She was a member of Center United Methodist Church and THEOS. She was preceded in death by her Husband Isaac Homer York; Grandson Jim Pruden; Three Brothers F. H. Rettmann, Calvin Rettmann, Victor Rettmann, Jr., One Sister Wilma Eggleston. Survivors include One Son and Daughter-in-Law Homer and Linda York of Nashville, AR; One Daughter and Son-in-Law Twyla Jane and Jerry Pruden of Hope, AR; Two Grandsons Kevin and Cindy York of Murfreesboro, Isaac Pruden of Hope; Two Brothers James Rettmann of Oregon, Ed Rettmann of Arizona; 3 Great-Grandchildren as well as many friends and relatives. Services will be 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville with burial in Bluff Springs Cemetery, near Mineral Springs. Visitation will be 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday at Latimer Funeral Home.
