Effie Marguerite Westfall

Effie Marguerite Westfall, 81, of New Boston, TX, died Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at New Boston Healthcare Center. She was born September 26, 1927, Roseboro, AR, the daughter of the late Robert William and Mary Evelyn Bell Chambers. She was a member of Daisy Freewill Baptist Church and a former mayor of Daisy, AR. Mrs. Westfall was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Lewis Westfall; two sons, Edwin Westfall and Wade Westfall. She is survived by one son, James Westfall and wife, Sarah, of New Boston, TX; one daughter, Jan Hoffman of Garland, TX; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a host of friends. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 10, at Biggs Chapel Cemetery, with Rev. Kevin Jewel officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville.
