Earnest Odell Jeanes

Odell Jeanes, 95, of Nashville, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at his residence in Nashville. He was born on April 20, 1919 in Howard County, AR, the son of the late Johnny Milburn Jeanes and Roxie Mae (Hodges) Jeanes. Mr. Jeanes was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Nashville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sibbie Jeanes; two brothers; and three sisters. Survivors include two sons, Jimmy Jeanes of Ozan, AR and John Earnest Jeanes of Little Rock, AR; and two grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends mourn his passing. Services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 21, 2014 in Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville with Brother James Harris officiating. Burial to follow in Saratoga Cemetery in Saratoga, AR under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Nashville. Visitation will be on Thursday November 20, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
