Dorthy Vandegrift

Dorthy Barbara Cummings Cox Vandegrift of Bryant and Murfreesboro, AR passed away on Wednesday July 13th, 2016. She was born December 4, 1946 in Murfreesboro, AR the daughter of the late Arthur and Pauline (Strawn) Cummings. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her two brothers Paul Cummings and Clyde Cummings. She is survived by a special friend and father of her three children Buster Cox, one son Michael Cox of Alaska, two daughters, Mary Cox and Peggy Snyder of Murfreesboro, AR, two grandchildren Bethany Snyder and Todd Snyder of Murfreesboro, AR. Two great grandchildren Ryan Humphry and Paisley Humphry of Murfreesboro, AR, one sister Ruby Barnaby of Bryant, AR, two nephews Curt Kirkham and wife Karen of Little Rock, AR and Jim Kirkham and wife Chandra of Delight, AR. A host of other nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Graveside services will be Saturday July 16th, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the Woodall Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday July 15th, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
