Donald Earl Stone

Donald Earl Stone, age 69, of Nashville, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at his home in Nashville. He was born September 7, 1954 in Nashville, Arkansas the son of the late Oscar B. Stone and Wanda Sue Henderson.

Mr. Stone attended many of the area churches over the years, but his membership had always been at First Baptist Church in Nashville. Donald was a backhoe operator for the Arkansas Highway Department. His main love was being a farmer and raising and working with his cows. He also enjoyed the time spent with his two dogs Prissy and Smokey.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his second wife Paula JoAnn Stone, and his third wife Dottie Stone as well as his Mamaw Ora Henderson. 

Survivors include his son Dustin Shawn Stone and wife Tara of Rockwall, TX; one grandson Brayden Stone; one brother Joe Lewis and wife Melanie of Nashville, AR; two nieces Kami Lewis and Caitlin Lewis both of Nashville, AR; his first wife Rebecca Ward Pickering; two first cousins Cindy Crisp and husband John David, Patta McKee and husband Mike Baumstark; and four step-sons J.D., Jacob, John, and Perry.
