Denzil Hale, 72, of Murfreesboro, AR, died Friday, May 22. 2009 at Pike County Hospital. He was born on January 22, 1937, the son of the late Clay Hale and Glyn Tallant Hale. He was retired from Highland Gypsum. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Cathy Hale; three grandsons, Jonathon Hale, Matthew Hale, and Joshua Turner; and one great, grandson, Gabriel Turner. Survivors include one son, David Hale of Murfreesboro; daughter, Dottie Turner of Murfreesboro; one daughter-in-law, Dawn Hale of Murfreesboro; one brother, Lowell Hale of Murfreesboro; one sister, Deretha Tibbets of Fort Worth, TX; five grandchildren, Heather Grabin, Ashli Turner, Clay Hale, Zachary Lavy, and Michael Lamb; and two great granddaughters, Abigail Grabin and Lindsey Grabin Services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Murfreesboro with burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Nashville under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home-Murfreesboro. Visitation will be 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Latimer Funeral Home.
