Della Francis Howard, age 88, of Norman, AR, died Monday, May 4, 2009 at a Irving, TX. hospital. She was born January 30, 1921 in Japany, AR, the daughter of the late Jim and Mettie (Riley) Jeffers. She was a homemaker She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Howard; a son, Jimmy Wayne Howard in 1986. Two Brothers: James Luther and Melvin Monroe Jeffers, Two Sisters: Florence Allene Howard and Gracie Mandaline Jeffers. Survivors include: a Son, Tommy Howard of Grand Prairie, TX: Two Daughters: Robbie Jean Wetterman of Grand Prairie, TX and Sherry Dell Maggard of Grand Prairie, TX One Sister: Roxie Fielding of McCaskill, AR: 9 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren, as well as many friends and relatives. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Latimer Funeral Home Chapel in Murfreesboro. with burial in Murfreesboro Cemetery in . Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
