Chewy Bermuen Valdez, age 77, of Nashville, AR, died Thursday, June 04, 2009 at his home in Nashville. He was born September 09, 1931 in Phoenix,, AZ, the son of the late Frank and Sally Burmuen Valdez. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by one daughter Tambra Valdez Serrano and wife Earlene Valdez. Survivors include his grandson Tyler Serrano of Nashville, AR; one step-son Billy Dale of Hot Springs, AR; two step-daughters Charlotte McIntosch of Hot Springs, AR, Jeanie Whithem of Nashville, AR; one sister Lupe Valdez Mendoza of Pico Rivera, CA; as well as many friends and relatives.
