Charlotte Marie Webb Scott

Charlotte Marie Webb Scott was born July 31, 1942 and passed away October 17, 2012. She was a licensed Texas Realtor. She was a life-time member of the Arkansas Women's Rodeo Association. She was preceded in death by her father, G. Kelly Webb and sister Lydia Ann Webb. Charlotte is survived by husband Norm Scott; daughters Kelly Ann Ball, Anita Kay Lowe and husband Joey, and Charlotte Louise Ball; 7 grandchildren; mother Helen Louise Webb; sisters Glenda Kay Webb and Nancy Glenn Lee; and many other loving family members and friends. Services will be on Monday, October 22 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Delight Church of Christ in Delight with burial in Delight Cemetery under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home, Murfreesboro, AR.
