Carolyn C. Morris

Carolyn C. Ward Morris, age 80, of Delight, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 in Delight, Arkansas.  She was born March 23, 1941 in Pike City, Arkansas the daughter of the late William “Zell” and Dorothy Mae Finney Ward.

Carolyn was an active member of the Delight First Baptist church and former EHC club member.  She was most passionate about her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-nine years Estil Lee Morris; one only son Thomas Wayne Morris; and three brothers Donald Wayne, Wimp, and Richard Leon Ward, as well as several nieces, and nephews.

Survivors include two daughters Sandra VanCamp and husband Lonny of Antoine, AR; Rebecca Stokes and husband Ryan of Donaldson, AR; one daughter in law Debbie Morris of Delight, AR; seven grandchildren Adam (Melissa) Morris, Eli (Lena) VanCamp, Greg Morris, Levi VanCamp, Jeffery (Katie) Morris, Ricky (Laci) Stokes, and Railyn Stokes; six great grandchildren Harper Morris, Anniston and Cole Morris, Avery and Cooper Stokes, and Thomas Morris, and many other immediate family members.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 8, at Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 9, at Delight First Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Williams, Bro.Verlon Wood, and Bro. Tony Williams officiating, burial to follow in Pike City Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Murfreesboro.
