Bobbie Jo Higginbottom

Bobbie Jo Higginbottom, 45, of Murfreesboro, AR, passed away on March 1st, 2023, surrounded by her sisters and mother and beloved neighbor Wanda. She was born July 1st, 1977, in Little Rock, AR. She was the daughter of Brenda and Frank Ward.

Bobbie was a loving mother, daughter, aunt and friend. She was known by most as “Nurse Bobo.” She cared about people deeply. She was a dog lover, who adored her dogs, Piper, Charlie and Gemma. She took on a hard battle with Adrenal cancer back in November and put up a hard fight. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

She joined her grandparents in death, Jesse James and Ollie Mae McClure.

She was survived by one daughter, Kelsey Higginbottom, her parents, Brenda and Frank Ward; two sisters, Wendy Byers and Stephanie Wilcher (Justin Wilcher). Her nieces and nephews include: Kanyon Byers, Kagan Byers, Kohen Byers, Brayden Oakely, Carson Oakley, Grayson Wilcher and Addison Wilcher. She also has several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2023 in the Latimer Funeral Chapel in Murfreesboro, with Bro. Ronald Gilbert officiating.
