Barney Jack Brown

Barney Jack Brown, age 75, died Friday, June 22, 2012 at his home in Schaal,Arkansas. Mr. Brown was born June 23, 1936 in Schaal, Arkansas the son of the late John and Louella Lockeby Brown. Mr. Brown was a member of the New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, and worked as a mechanic and welder all of his life. He was preceded in death by his wife Lou Thomas Brown, a brother Hal Brown, and one sister LouDean Cassady. Survivors include one son Jack Allen Brown, of Fort Worth, Texas; a daughter Ann Pounds of Fort Worth, Texas; six brothers, J.D. Brown of Mineral Springs, AR; Joe Brown of McCaskill, AR; Doug Brown of Murfreesboro, AR; Johnny Brown of Mineral Springs, AR; James Brown of McCaskill, AR; and Jerry Brown of Nashville, AR; two sisters Pauline Turbeville of Nashville, AR; and Irene Ross of El Dorado, AR; two grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 25 at the Mineral Springs Cemetery with Bro. David Raulerson officiating, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home in Nashville. Visitation will be 7:00 to 9:00 P.M., Sunday, June 24 at Latimer Funeral Home.
