Barbara Joyce Watson

Barbara Joyce Watson of Texarkana and Little Rock, Arkansas died peacefully at home Wednesday, September 25, 2019 after years of battling the effects of various chronic illnesses. She was 78. She was preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Meddie Mansfield. She leaves behind her best friends and husband of 61 years; Robert Watson; four children, Bobby Watson and wife Melissa of Delight, AR, Dawn Sullivan and husband Ken of Mabelvale, AR, Becky Carr of Mabelvale, AR, and Gina Watson of Little Rock, AR; four grandchildren, Kyle Sullivan and wife Callie of Little Rock, AR, Drew Sullivan of North Little Rock, AR; Conner Watson of Delight, AR and Haley Carr of Mabelvale, AR and many other friends and relatives. Visitation will begin at 11:00 until service time Saturday, September 28, at Pleasant Home Church in Murfreesboro. Funeral services will be held on September 28, 2019 at 12:00 at Pleasant Home Church of Christ in Murfreesboro, AR, with burial to follow at the Pleasant Home Cemetery.
