Alma Carolyn Ramsey

Alma Carolyn Ramsey, age 79, of Nashville, died on Friday, January 4, 2013 in Nashville. She was born on November 15, 1933, the daughter of the late John Fred Bowen and Irene Lucille Bowen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, Leanna Henderson; two sisters, Fred Irene Sexton and Connie Bateman; and three brothers, William â�œBillâ₝ Bowen, Joe Bowen, and Richard â�œDickâ₝ Bowen. Survivors include: two sons, Joe D. Ramsey and wife, Patricia of Tujunga, CA and Fred J. Ramsey and wife, Terri of Trabuco Canyon, CA; one daughter, Jackie Ramsey Watkins, and husband, David of Flower Mound, TX; six grandchildren, Michael Ramsey, Laurel Crossett and husband, Kevin, Jordan Watkins, Audrey Watkins, Veronica Newquist , and James Cobb; three great grandchildren, Savanna Henderson, Eddie Soto, and Juliana Cobb; and two brothers, Landrum Bowen of Bellingham., WA and Arnold Bowen of Murfreesboro, AR Memorial services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 9, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehova hâ�™s Witness in Nashville.
